I built the original version of SarahSommelier.com only four months prior to taking the Court of Master Sommeliers Level’s I & II exams (literally on a dare from my brother) as I was not able to attend the 11 week/$12K course offered through the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, California and the exams were coming up. SarahSommelier helped me pass, even though I did not have the benefit of a tasting group or even a significant knowledge of The Grid used to blind taste.
